Wrong coils

I asked if these coils had screens in them and the lady said yes. They do not have screens and I'm very unhappy with my order. A couple of month's ago i ordered coils i use and the package got lost and once i received it half of my order was missing. I tried several times to claim missing items with postal office with no luck. This is two times in a row I'm very disappointed with my order. Im the past i never had any complaints. Sincerely Bob Vega

Coils are ok. They burn easily though. My orders have been sent incorrectly a few times which is a massive disappointment, but I usually get it taken care of.
One of the few places I can even buy these

This order went according to plan. I am still waiting for the correction on my last order however. I did not receive what I ordered the last time.
