I was not able to get to the post office to pick up my original order and it was shipped back automatically.
When all was said and done, I got my order. It was really easy and the Customer service was great.

Sent email about an exchange from 50/50 to 70/50- Paid $19.98 est. for the exchange but never received the new product (70/50)- Mailed my exchange product 2/11/22- Order #392337 for return-

Was hoping to get my vape in the mail, but instead got a reshipment fee because they didn’t didn’t add my apartment number. So there is a send back option for the sender???? No it should have stayed when I bought it not go back to seller!! Very inconvenient for me, now I have to wait who knows how long for my order.

My dates for comment below are off, Sorry I'm tired.. Won't receive my order until march 17th, 2020 which means it took USPS 8 plus days to reach me. If the order comes on Monday the 17th! PAY for faster shipping people if you want your package to arrive faster than a week plus time frame. I wish I had.. Free Shipping is usually fast at most vape stores but maybe because I'm way up in northern Minnesota it just takes a Texas business more time to get stuff to me and I love Texas big time! (Wish I was living there right now!, trust me) Just want people to realise shipping is slow if free here.. No offense to Central Vapor folks..

I am a customer to Central Vapors and I thought I had done all my home work on my first order (March 8th, 2020). Many people said the shipping was fast and so I gambled on those reviews being spot on.. Boy was a wrong. I ordered all my items on the weekend of the 7th of March so come Monday I figured everything would ship out early. My order didn't even arrive at USPS until 03/10/20 which was shocking by my standards I live in northern Minnesota.. Following the tracking number I learned my order will not arrive at my home until next week, Monday March 8th, plus days... Had I known their Free Shipping was this slow I would have gladly paid extra for expedited shipping which I believe said it would take around 4 days to get to me. I have ordered from many other vape stores and never waited this long to get my stuff until now. Truly I believe Central Vapors could do much better than this but its only my guess, hope at this time. I do plan on contacting them once I receive my order. I leave this review, comment here in hopes it helps someone else make a more informed decision on whether to go with free shipping or pay extra for faster delivery.. I am so close to being bone dry on Vape juice it's crazy insane! Hate to pay local vape retailers inflated prices for their juices we can't even taste test to see if its palatable!. Many are not IMHO.. I'd rather pay more here at Central vapors for their products, 1 to 2 % and they provide free Fast Shipping in trade, so to speak.. Just my two cents worth.
