At Central Vapors, we stand behind our products with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Whether you are looking to return hardware or exchange an e-liquid flavor, our goal is to provide a seamless and supportive experience.


POLICY OVERVIEW:

We accept returns for a refund or store credit on most products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that while we strive to be as flexible as possible, refunds are subject to review, and original shipping costs may be excluded depending on the nature of the return.


ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

To qualify for a return, refund, or replacement, the following criteria must be met:
Timeframe: Requests must be submitted within 30 business days of purchase or delivery.

  • Hardware: Electronic devices must be in new, unopened condition.
  • E-Liquids: We offer a satisfaction guarantee on our e-juice. To be eligible for an exchange or refund, the bottle must have at least 75% of its original content remaining.
  • Exclusions: Wholesale and Bulk E-Juice purchases are not eligible for refunds, replacements, or exchanges.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be canceled for a full refund at any time prior to processing. If the order has already been dispatched, you may still request a refund, but the merchandise must be returned to our facility first.

  3. Processing: Your refund or replacement will be issued promptly upon receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise.


Note: If a replacement is issued and the original item is not returned within 30 days, Central Vapors reserves the right to charge the customer for the replacement item.
