It does charge batteries fairly quickly but not the best charger out there. Does the job.

Everything you will need and nothing you don't to safely & quickly charge a very wide range (not just 18650's) of battery types/sizes. There are better chargers out there, but at many times the price of this one. At this price point, when comparing apples to apples, i'd say its probably the best charger I've ever used! thanks once again CV! you guys are the best!

Charges but kind of confused by the lights.lights are green when no battery’s are in it and when the battery’s are fully charged the lights are still red.for the price what can I say.fastest shipping ever

The specs were a little confusing, was meaning to buy it for a tactical flashlight however wrong size battery. I did have a flashlight with that battery size though so worked out nicely.
