The device came in fine, but there was a huge piece of rubber stuck inside tank. Can't unscrew the tank without breaking the glass. I reached out to customer service and they said all the devices come that way. NOT TRUE! It was definitely a manufacturing error, they wanted me to pay for shipping it back! I will not buy from this site anymore.

They eventually did get back to me via email-I am unable to open the cellophane wrapping for each item, as doing so would prevent us from selling them. We receive new shipments of various versions and style devices regularly. This is a brand new batch of vapes sent from our manufacturers, and they are made in compliance with TPD capacity regulations. I have discussed the situation with my manager. If you prefer not to use the tank with the silicone insert, which is standard in our inventory, we can provide a replacement pod for the regular PNP pod replacements, rather than the TPP-X pods that you purchased with the Drag S Pro. If you decide against the replacement, we can issue a return label for a refund. Please let me know. Thank you.

Vape did not work out of box, due to lock button not moving.

Nice device. The two included inserts leaks. To avoid this problem, I simply keep the device level when vaping. I only stand it up when it's cold and not in use. Problem solved. overall, it's great.
Constantly leaks juice.

I've half-filled it, changed coils, any and everything else the fixes have said
This tank/mod is completely garbage not central vapors fault, just a horrible product.
